Morning leg - I took Amtrak Train #170 (PHL-NYC):

Had empty seat next to me but train was nearly at capacity.

Evening leg - took Amtrak Train #175 (NYC-PHL):

• NYC 8:36, +1
  
• NWK 8:48, -4
  
• TRE 9:31, +1
• PHL 9:59, -11
  

Had empty seat next to me on this leg, train appeared a little less than half full.
